During our initial consultation, be prepared to talk about the needs of your school/ class/ individual. We will work together to determine which services and model will best meet your needs.

Once the need and model is determined, we will craft a goal to address the need. Following the scientific method of behavior analysis, we will determine which measure we will use to track growth and/or progress toward your goal(s).

Meet the Owner
Megan O’Heran is both a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a National Board Certified educator. Her academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, with a specialization in Special Education, from Lynchburg College. She furthered her training with a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction, focusing on Inclusionary Practices in the Classroom, from Concordia University, and a post-Master’s certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
Her diverse professional experience spans roles as a teacher, instructional coach, behavior specialist, BCBA, and Clinical Director. At the heart of Meg’s journey is a commitment to enhancing educational and behavioral practices to empower individuals and communities.
